Most of time, if a customer’s connection is running slow, there is a device in the household that is using all of the bandwidth (speed). Many times a customer doesn’t even know that it is happening. For example, a computer may be running an automatic update that is using a lot of internet speed, or it may have a virus on it that is connecting to the internet. Our technicians can help pinpoint what device is using your speed so it can be fixed. Also, if your speed is not being used, and it is a problem with our equipment, we’ll come out and fix it!
